The Foundation for Nikola Tesla, Inc. is founded primarily for the creation and sustenance of a Nikola Tesla Center, Monument and Library. The mission of the Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to promote the appreciation of Nikola Tesla's lifetime achievements as an inventor, a physicist, a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer, a Serbian and as an American. The Foundation will achieve these goals by raising funds to assist in educating the public about Nikola Tesla.

Nikola Tesla was a well-rounded person. Nikola Tesla had an appreciation of science, religion and culture. The Foundation's mission is to instill in others the same sense of appreciation for science and culture.

I. FULLFILLING THE PURPOSE OF THE FOUNDATION FOR NIKOLA TESLA

A. Sustaining a Nikola Tesla Center

Part of the purpose of The Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to erect and sustain a Center in honor of Nikola Tesla. This purpose will be achieved by soliciting contributions for the creation of a Nikola Tesla Center to be erected in a suitable place in Cleveland, Ohio area. The Center will be used to house a library and will host scientific, cultural and other community events.

B. Sustaining a Nikola Tesla Monument

Part of the purpose of The Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to erect and sustain a monument in honor of Nikola Tesla. This purpose will be achieved by soliciting contributions for the creation of the monument to be erected in The Nikola Tesla Center.

C. Sustaining a Library

Part of the purpose of the Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to create and sustain a library which will house a collection of scientific and cultural oriented materials. The Library will be housed in the Nikola Tesla Center.

II. FULFILLING THE MISSION OF THE FOUNDATION FOR NIKOLA TESLA

A. Appreciation of Science

Part of the mission of The Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to further an appreciation for the sciences. The Foundation intends to achieve this goal by the following:

1. Holding seminars for scientists and inventors;
2. Providing physical space for the meeting of scientists who wish to engage in the exchange of scientific information;
3. Establishing a library with several titles relating to the sciences;
4. Conducting programs that further the public's knowledge of the sciences, especially, but not limited to, the fields of physics and engineering; and
5. Creating a forum for the exchange of scientific ideas.

B. Appreciation of culture

Part of the mission of The Foundation for Nikola Tesla is to further an appreciation for culture. The Foundation intends to achieve this goal by the following:

1. Sponsoring cultural events that celebrate the Serbian culture;
2. Sponsoring cultural events that celebrate the American culture;
3. Establishing a library with several titles relating to Serbian culture;
4. Establishing a library with several titles relating to American culture;
5. Providing a physical space for the conduct of social and cultural events; and
6. Sponsoring general social events for the local community.

III. FINANCING OUR PURPOSE AND OUR MISSION

The Foundation for Nikola Tesla intends to protect any assets it has for the above stated purpose, goal and mission. The Foundation exists for the betterment of others and will use all of its finances for the achievement of that purpose. The Foundation will pursue, and intends to maintain, an Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) status. Should The Foundation ever dissolve, any remaining assets will be distributed to other charitable organizations with similar purpose.
